      Pros

      AIM is a great recruiting company to work with. I greatly appreciate the way they collaborate and support.

      Contact gets renewed every six month and benefits starts after three months of employment.

      - Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

      Cons

      - Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
