      Decent offices to be in.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and accountability. No career progression. Mostly a staffing company, not true consulting. Favoritism runs rampant. Poor execution of projects for clients.

      Great company, great leadership. Tools to do job well are slightly lacking and tough market, but overall great experience through the years.

      - Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

      Cons

      - Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
