      Max is nice guy in person. Everyone I met was nice.

      Completely ghosted by Max and I'm not the only one. Many contacts have had this experience.

      Great company, great leadership. Tools to do job well are slightly lacking and tough market, but overall great experience through the years.

      - Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

      Cons

      - Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
