Pros

You can make a lot of money if you grind. Good work environment if you network and suck up to the right people.

Cons

It's managements way or the highway. Disagreeing with management on anything is political suicide. No flexibility to work from home, ever. You will get micromanaged. Unrealistic goals. We claim to be a technology company but don't embrace technology. Bad benefits. Extremely stressful. Most employees aren't happy. Thinking outside of the box is discouraged, things are done the AIM way or not at all.

Pros

- Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

Cons

- Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
