Very fair hourly compensation-much higher than surrounding health systems. Overtime available. Great teamwork. Time off requests almost always accommodated (unless it absolutely cannot be done/too many people have taken that time). Management does not promise things that cannot be delivered. Even if it takes a little longer than expected, promises are kept. No micromanagement at all- everyone is treated as an adult and held to the responsibilities of their position. Not much travel between sites unless short staff-this allows patient and employee to develop trusting relationships and comfort.
