Pros

Working at ATI Physical Therapy has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. What truly sets ATI apart is the leadership — leaders are approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in both patient outcomes and employee growth. There’s a strong culture of transparency where communication is open, honest, and consistent, which creates confidence and alignment across teams. ATI also provides incredible opportunity for professional development. Whether you’re looking to grow clinically, move into leadership, or expand your skill set, the company encourages and supports your goals. The level of trust given to employees is empowering — leadership values your expertise and allows you to make meaningful contributions every day. One of my favorite parts of the culture is the emphasis on celebration. Wins big and small are recognized, and employees are appreciated for their hard work and dedication. It creates a positive, motivating environment where people genuinely want to succeed together. I’m proud to be part of a company that values its people as much as its patients. Highly recommend ATI Physical Therapy to anyone looking for a supportive, growth-oriented workplace.

Cons

The only cons about working at ATI Physical Therapy surround a field-wide lack of trust and understanding regarding the fundamental changes happening within the healthcare industry and the many factors impacting financial stability across organizations. ATI continues to actively work toward increasing transparency and understanding in these areas as the company grows and evolves, which demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement and long-term success.

Pros

Good immediate staff. Clinics are well equipped. EMR was decent to use. Benefits were pretty good, a bit expensive for family plans.

Cons

Over worked, understaffed. Often ran clinic by myself, no CSR, but was still expected to answer the phones and deal with walk-ins while juggling 2-4 patients at a time. Management always tries to pull the wool over your eyes and convince you they're not sinking you in pursuit of pure profits. Upper management doesn't care about the actual clinicians at all, but will feed you lines like "Sharon will give you a hug, she's such as people person". Townhalls were worthless and just the upper echelon blowing smoke up their own backsides. Bonuses were set but always just out of realistic reach without jeopardizing your license. Pay sucks for how hard they work you. ATI is trying to change but they're still living up to their reputation and has damaged the field as a whole. Minimal opportunities for growth.
