I saw more than 12 people come and go in the 9 months that I was with this company. There isn't really a huge focus on overall employee satisfaction. This is probably why they ask people to give them a 5 star review on Glassdoor on their first day of work. They also sent out an email telling employees that if they were unable to give the company at least a 4 star review, then they shouldn't leave a review and should go and talk to upper management. The work/life balance isn't the greatest since you have to work 6 days a week. Aside from all of that, the product that you are selling doesn't seem worth the cost. If you're game for selling some snake oil and getting people into credit card debt, hop aboard!
