      Complete Disregard for Employees and Customers Alike

      Pros

      So long as you don't mind scamming vulnerable people out of their life savings, and provided you can work your way up the pyramid you can make decent money working for this company.

      Cons

      After working there for several years, I was handed an envelope that was a "severance" and was told I could get it after I signed the release papers saying that I was fired for not calling a student 3 times for an appointment. What I was really fired for was helping a student, with social difficulties get a refund. He was AUTISTIC and they got him for around $7500.00 on credit.

      Reviews seem too good to be true? They are.

      Pros

      I worked with some really good people. My team leader was the best one in the company. He was respectful and showed a lot of interest in helping his team as much as he could.

      Cons

      I saw more than 12 people come and go in the 9 months that I was with this company. There isn't really a huge focus on overall employee satisfaction. This is probably why they ask people to give them a 5 star review on Glassdoor on their first day of work. They also sent out an email telling employees that if they were unable to give the company at least a 4 star review, then they shouldn't leave a review and should go and talk to upper management. The work/life balance isn't the greatest since you have to work 6 days a week. Aside from all of that, the product that you are selling doesn't seem worth the cost. If you're game for selling some snake oil and getting people into credit card debt, hop aboard!

      We really appreciate you taking the time to review our company and we are sorry that you didn't have a pleasant experience here. We are always striving to improve and make this a better place. That's why if an employee doesn't feel that they love working here, we ask them to talk to management so we can fix any concerns. We also send out employee satisfaction surveys every quarter so that people can anonymously submit feedback as well. We want to make this the best place you can possibly work and we are always going to improve and do better. We are sorry you felt like this wasn't a fit but appreciate you investing a few months here to help us change lives. I'm sure you touched someones life for the better and we are grateful for that.

      It isn't what they said it would be

      Fun people to work with.

      Cons

      They promise you lots of money, but the only ones who make the big money are probers (warm sales calls--THE WORST) and closers. If you aren't a closer, you'll never make money. You work SIX DAY WORK WEEKS. And phone sales basically suck. There are two types of coaches. The Executive coaches are arrogant and rude. And it's either hourly and a little commission or all commission. Nonsense!

Currently our pay structure starts much higher than minimum wage as you suggested and even offers commission on top of that. We also offer our new employees the opportunity to choose a very competitive commission scale if they feel comfortable with their success as they help people in their day to day interviews.
