      Pros

      I've had the pleasure of working here for over a year now and it's been a great experience over all. The owners are very caring and supportive of their employees. I have read a few reviews that claimed otherwise. But those who complain expect things without having the right to earn it. Company is loyal to those who to their jobs right. Work environment is warm and friendly. The projects are challenging and mind provoking. I couldn't be happier and looking forward to my future here at Advanced Pharma-Miami.

      Lol none, there is no pros, i cant think of anything positive about this company, you need to get used to the bad treatment in the daily basis.

      Worst job ever, don’t go there, you have been monitored with cameras all day, you cant smile, even talk to coworkers, none medical personnel that have been there for years with no medical degree do not let you do your job interfering all the time, if there is no patients they want you to be busy, imagine, you will be stressed since day one and the best part the fire employees almost every week, no one will last more than two months if you get lucky, also they don’t pay on time, a total shame and waste of time
