Pros
Good working conditions, flexible hours, attractive offices, friendly coworkers, competitive pay, and a sense of pride in achieving results I really like the "pros", it is still enough in the balance to stay at Agropur.
Cons
Lack of guidance, lack of tools (and functional ones), lack of processes, lack of a qualified team to implement the missing tools and guidance (regular employees—whose responsibilities do not include this—are asked to set up processes or optimize methods, when this should be handled by a project team, a manager, or someone else!). New systems are being implemented (by the LEAP team) without a full understanding of their scope, impact, or who all the stakeholders will be; As a result, the systems are poorly implemented with major gaps, and we have to try to cope with these new problems in our daily work, which are not—or only minimally—resolved (a critical issue has been identified for 1.5 years with no improvement; I had to build a tool myself to the best of my ability to compensate). In summary, there is a BIG lack of support! Onboarding into your role is poor as well. Also, the healthcare professional insurance coverage is so small i have never seen this. I expected so much better for a corporate business like Agropur.
