      Executive leadership tries to promote positive environment.

      Cons

      Petty calculated middle management that were rewarded for the early growth years that should not be in leadership positions that do not want to be surpassed by newcomers. Open environment with whispers of constant unhappiness among staff.

      Managers were supportive and do not put too much on you. WFH is great as they were 2 days in office per week.
