Commission has been cut by 80%. They took away our car allowance. They are aggressively hiring new reps for half the salary as current employees. Tue blind is leading the blind at the corporate office and anyone who speaks up with a good idea gets fired. All sales decisions are being made by people who have never done our job. This is the weakest VP of sales I have ever worked for.
