Lots of great opportunities to grow

No yearly bonuses, lots of award recognition that doesn’t translate to compensation

I believe they are pretty fair to the employees. But treat the information as you will. Large corporation... Lots of people. Your a number like any one else.

No bonuses. Medical is expensive. No stocks. List goes on... Its a large corporation. I am a employeed by Amentum as a contractor for a government agency. There is as well a large disconnect between how IT support happens with Amentum specific components.
