      Competitive pay, low call volume,

      Cons

      Bad leadership, very little upward mobility, long hours at a low hourly rate, unfulfilling work, cliquey environment, management prioritizes cutting corners and costs over treating employees correctly and improving morale. They would rather have a high turn over rate and keep hiring new (and inexperienced) people than try to keep current employees.

      Pros

      I believe they are pretty fair to the employees. But treat the information as you will. Large corporation... Lots of people. Your a number like any one else.

      Cons

      No bonuses. Medical is expensive. No stocks. List goes on... Its a large corporation. I am a employeed by Amentum as a contractor for a government agency. There is as well a large disconnect between how IT support happens with Amentum specific components.
