      It accepts your application very quick and call for an interview Also there is a bond for 3 years so job security may be there

      Cons

      Company may have salary issue later like may be it will not give the salary to you on time Salary offered during the interview may differ from the salary that you will receive on every month Administration may pressurize you complete the project as soon as possible As they rely only on coding so if you are week on coding may be they will lay you off

      Good pay and benefits. 401k match is very good.

      Cons

      Micro Managment. Call volume is high. There is no autonomy. They watch you like you are children. The only thing that matters is numbers. When you complain about equipment that does not work or other departments that do not take ownership, management does not listen. Get use to filling out Gallup polls every couple of months
