      Work from home, flexible hours (pending client meetings), growth orientated company, great managers, and a pretty solid working team.

      Cons

      As always, WFH poses an issue if you dont have personal integrity.

      Great environment, the culture is truely incresible

      Cons

      Slight last of confidence in the future. Recent re-orgs, very single threaded in critical support areas, and ambiguity around when functionalities/tech will be launch give a bit of concern.

      The salary compensation was fairly decent.

      Cons

      Strict 5 day in office policy, the company is not very diverse, minimal growth opportunities, Senior leadership creates a toxic working environment and shows favoritism among employees, and most teams work in silos so there’s minimal collaboration and support.
