      I have no pros for this company.

      Cons

      Overwork/underpaid...they offer unlimited PTO which is a joke. You're never allowed to use it because of the workload. Very diverse regarding employees but this is overshadowed by the clear discrimination. Poor management. Poor respect for others. Poor team culture. That's all I can say. Don't say you weren't warned

      Great environment, the culture is truely incresible

      Cons

      Slight last of confidence in the future. Recent re-orgs, very single threaded in critical support areas, and ambiguity around when functionalities/tech will be launch give a bit of concern.

      Pros

      The salary compensation was fairly decent.

      Cons

      Strict 5 day in office policy, the company is not very diverse, minimal growth opportunities, Senior leadership creates a toxic working environment and shows favoritism among employees, and most teams work in silos so there’s minimal collaboration and support.
