Pros
I’ve grown a lot here, and that’s one of the biggest pros for me. The company moves fast, but it creates real opportunities for people who want to step up, take ownership, and build something meaningful with their teams. I’ve had the chance to develop people, solve problems, and see the impact of strong leadership day to day. The culture is competitive in a good way—people want to win together—and there’s a sense of support and shared purpose that makes the hard days worth it. When you put in the work, you really can grow here.
Cons
The pace can be demanding at times, especially when priorities shift or busy seasons hit, and it takes good organization to stay ahead of everything. Some of the systems and processes change quickly, which can make it a little challenging to keep everyone aligned. Communication between departments isn’t always perfect, and that can occasionally slow things down. Overall, it’s a place where adaptability helps a lot, but the challenges are manageable when you’re supported by a solid team.
