Pros
Equipment used in the manufacturing departments is top of the line. The shop floor is honestly the cleanest shop floor you have ever seen. Employees are always maintaining the cleanliness of the shop. Immaculate!
Cons
No room for advancement within the company (unless, of course, they fire an employee and give the employee a layoff). It's quite sad actually. They definitely do not hesitate to get rid of employees.
