You are not given access to your evaluations, so you have no clue how you’re doing or where to improve. Everything is very secretive. Until you are fired. I chose to leave because the environment was moving closer to a dog-eat-dog arena. The Success Coaching Center is also incredibly nepotistic. Priority is given to previous University of Phoenix employees; people are promoted secretively and based on alliances.
