Pros
I’ve worked in marketing for about 15 years across a range of companies, and this was actually my first time taking on a contract role. I was a little hesitant at first, but Arlo consistently had such strong employee reviews that I decided to take the leap and I’m really glad I did.
What’s stood out most to me is how collaborative the culture truly is. This is the most aligned organization I’ve ever worked in. People genuinely want to help, share context, and work together toward the same goal. There’s no sense of competition or silos just a shared commitment to delivering on Arlo’s customer promise.
That kind of alignment may sound simple, but trust me, it’s rare. And it’s the single biggest reason my experience here has been so positive. Arlo feels like a place where people care about both the work and each other and it shows. I never thought I would get to experience that in my career, but I'm thankful I know what's possible.
Cons
Salary is a bit low for the industry, but peace of mind truly is priceless.
