      Large name in independent financing

      Cons

      Lost a lot of the speed and agility that it was known for when Regions took over. A lot of in-fighting and back biting prior to leadership changes

      They have a hybrid work model and all bank holidays off

      Cons

      Low base pay Zero support from manager for any help on deals, closing customers etc Digging out leads from the gutter and expected to close them on a high rate while regions bank referrals go to high performers ( not a coincidence)
