I worked in the IT department and felt that everyone was quite willing to help me out whenever necessary. I think they generally do a good job with culture, respecting PTO, and being flexible with appointments.

Making any changes can be a pain, there are many steps and approvals to get through before you can do anything substantial, this is a bank so security is prioritized heavily, so it makes sense but it is still cumbersome to work through

The work is meaningful, with plenty of opportunities for growth and development while making a positive impact in the community. Local decision-making allows for faster, more personalized service and empowers employees. Compensation and employee benefits are highly competitive, making the overall experience even more rewarding.

Limited number of branches in my market, which can be a constraint at times—but not necessarily a con depending on your role. Overall, still a very positive experience.
