      Pros

      Culture is great in the actual clinic, but not so great within the organization as a whole.

      Cons

      You will not get paid consistently. You will have missing pay and tons of discrepancies with your money. When you bring these issues up, payroll will not respond to you in a timely fashion. They do not care about paying you, at all. If you like to get paid for the work you’re doing, then do not work here.

      Great place to work. Company full of people who are kind, care about the kids they serve, and care about each other.

      Great kids, 8-4 work day

      Cons

      Cannot keep staff, low pay, benefits leave much to be desired. One hour of PTO per pay period.
