Great Company - IT Support Technician BIS Digital Employee Review

Good company to work for that has seen a rapid growth over the past four years.

Insurance for family is extremely high.

Field techs are for the most part competent. Management however is not.

HR does t know there butt from a hole in the ground. Utterly useless. Does not advocate for the employee at all. Always two different stories she will give. Management sees an easy job and big dollar signs. ALL weight is carried by field staff for mere pennies.
