BOOST has been an outstanding company to work with. One of the things that stands out the most is their commitment to their Core Values, which they consistently live by in every interaction. It’s rare to come across a company that truly practices what they preach, but BOOST does just that. What I appreciate most is their transparency. It’s so refreshing to work with a company that is open and honest, especially when it comes to communication. Whether it’s about processes, timelines, or expectations, BOOST keeps everything clear and straightforward, which makes working together so much easier. Boost presented a wide variety of work.

Poor leadership with very little respect for staff. Boost does not embody their own core values. Also very long work hours and you are punished for saying no to routinely working weekends or taking time off for family.
