The company has really continue to evolve in a positive manner and has really created a strong culture and great career track for financial professionals. I have personally experienced exponential growth in my earnings because of the multiple places I can earn income: New sales, renewals, AUM, and an awesome quarterly bonus program. If someone fails here it won't be because leads, training, or support. Bankers Life provides all that
Cons
It is hard for some people to not work on a fixed schedule. There is a lot of freedom and flexibility in this career but some people find that hard to manage and end up not putting in the time and effort it takes to be a successful business owner and they eventually end up washing out.
