Cons
The company has hemorrhaged the majority of its sales org and C-Suite over the last year, with most teams having less than 30% attainment. They made a bunch of acquisitions of REALLY low quality influencer and social tools and were completely delusional in their ability to compete with the rest of the market. The sales team was never really trained to sell those tools. They then hired some influencer people to tell them how to win, seemingly refused to take their advice, and then fired them or they left for some reason. The GTM function and its relationship with product was deceptive, political, and ultimately unproductive. I came out of Bazaarvoice wishing that I had not trusted many members of leadership that I did. I think there are parts of the company that are great to work in, but if you're a seller, RUN.
