      Ability to create your own schedule. Company culture is great. Do not feel like just another employee.

      Cons

      Can be stressful if you’re always thinking about your budget, budget increases ( every year, ) etc. Could be a high performer and still not get promoted.

      Not a lot of upwards movement a lot of team members stay on for years(which is also a good thing)

      It’s very stable and consistent. Employee benefits are very good. They train the employees that don’t have experience.

      It’s very hard to bonus or make more money than your salary
