Pros

Patients are awesome, wonderful rapport with patients. Consistent bonuses for regular FT employees. Everyone I worked with at a few clinics were definitely feeling the same way and we bonded quickly. Definitely a loyal employee magnet.

Cons

Busy. PTAs see more than PTs. Thats the cost of $60k/$90k salary gap. They keep the schedule 2-3 an hour. Most clinic directors are nice but definitely overworked. I’m a PTA and was worked like a PT. I would think twice before taking travel contract with Benchmark again.-

Pros

Great staff within clinic and patient population was friendly

Cons

Constantly changing schedule template aimed at increasing patient load on providers. Desired patient load left you doubled nearly every hour of the day if you weren't completing an eval leaving you no time to document if you wanted to spend hands on time with the patients. You have 0 time during the day for any administrative work, call MDs, case managers, manage caseload.
