Pros
-Nice location -Management is very supportive. TLs, MCs, VP & HR all very approachable and helpful. -Training is thorough, but takes a long time to get access to take calls from client -Engagement program is really good - I think all managers was promoted from within, good opportunities for growth.
Cons
-Most people are very nice, but there is a LOT of petty drama amongst agents. Always complaining and making problems. Sad to see management go out of the way to help in situations and hear the agent still complain. - pay is ok, but not great. - Cannot have cell phones anywhere. Strictly enforced and people have been fired. Seems harsh. - Commission structure is confusing, and doesn't seem like a lot of people max out. - Computer issues very frustrating - Some people Cant access employee engagement site from work (secure room). Defeats the purpose.
