      There’s nothing positive about this place.

      Bios Home hired me and promised full-time hours, which led me to put in my two-week notice at my previous job. When I showed up for orientation, I was told there were no shifts available. Instead, I was offered a “floater” position—only to then be told that other floaters haven’t worked in over a month. This was extremely misleading and unprofessional. Do not leave a stable job based on promises of hours here unless you have everything in writing and confirmed in advance.

      Pros

      Assisting People supported and being able to assist some to have a perfect life with any disability. This job can be very rewarding as long as your vision for employment is not focused solely on money. The management is focused on making sure BIOS is person centered and that includes being person centered with staff. The CEO is focused and a part of the company, The COO is beyond supportive and interactive with making sure staff feel welcome and appreciated.
