      Pros

      Exciting technical ambition. Exciting work.

      Cons

      Poor leadership from the top down. Jeff has unrealistic expectations and cuts people off at the knees. Former CEO hid away and pretended not to know about issues that Jeff got upset about. Some very poor hires at the sr management level...some have since left but others still there. Technical acumen valued over leadership.
