Community based work. Meaningful. Solid, progressive employer.

Experience varies between neighborhood branches. Some poor branch managers.

Helpful and friendly staff. Thorough explanation of requirements. Supervisors always helped out whenever needed. Programs were enjoyable to do (circuitry, 3d modeling, video games).

At times it does get rather slow and there isn't much to do (though this could be considered a pro as well). Attendance to some programs is rather minimal so you aren't helping out too many patrons.
