Brother is genuinely one of the best companies I’ve worked for. If you are willing to take initiative, go the extra mile, and contribute ideas, leadership notices and appreciates it. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with talented teams, and feel empowered to make an impact early on.
