Pros
C2 leadership is supportive and investing in training and reskilling the workforce. I am glad I ve been receiving AI training on a monthly basis to upgrade my skillsets. Love my colleagues they are very supportive and my manager is great.
Cons
There is a lot of work despite an uncertain government environment in 2025. Some people may find it challenging to keep pace with the speed and volume of work. When a prime contractor shrinks the contract, it impacts the subcontractor, so there is nothing that can be done about it.
