Compensation is generally above average but steadily declining with falling stock price.
Cons
- Leadership is delusional and poor leaders. - Leadership’s attitude towards customers is very poor- this obviously is reflected in the falling revenue. - Layoffs recently were handled very poorly and made no sense for the new “direction” of the company. - C3 used to only hire very skilled individuals, but the quality has declined significantly in the last year.
