      Culture: Truly inclusive and welcoming. Longevity: People stay here for decades, which creates a stable environment and a strong sense of community.

      Cons

      Leadership Mismatch: The company puts Sales people in charge of Engineering/Technical departments. Lack of Strategy: Because leadership lacks technical expertise, there is no cohesive strategy, forward-thinking planning, or understanding of what technical teams actually do. Box-Pusher Mentality: The company has not outgrown its logistics/reselling roots. Not for Innovators: If you want to work on the bleeding edge of tech, you will be stifled here.

      Pros

      CDW is a solid contracting company. Any time I had an issue or concern they responded quickly and provided clear paths to resolution. Communication was consistent and they handled problems professionally without leaving you to figure things out on your own.

      Cons

      As with most contract roles, there is limited visibility into long-term opportunities beyond the assigned engagement.
