COACT is a wonderful place to grow professionally and personally. They really take the time to help you develop your skills and your passions, as well as make sure your personal life and personal goals are reachable. COACT has a true family-oriented culture, not just in the work/life balance with flex scheduling, but COACT becomes part of your family. I learned so much at COACT and I am grateful for the leadership and mentoring they provided.
Cons
Sometimes the hours can get long when there are multiple start up clients, but this can be a positive in itself because that means we are growing! The work we do changes the lives of our clients, so it's rewarding when we put in the extra hours. Other than that, this place is truly a gem to work for!
