Pros
COACT has been an awesome place to intern, and I plan to continue working here once I graduate. The people are amazing, caring, funny, and smart, and they truly care. There is a teamwork atmosphere, and everyone's opinion is valued. This goes into the company culture, which is one that nurtures learning and a "work hard/play hard mentality." COACT also ensures that our teams are out in the community and giving back. The work itself is challenging and engaging, and there is room to advance within the company, especially if you express interest in certain areas of sales and marketing.
Cons
This isn't really a con, but sometimes our teams have so many ideas and we are involved in so many things that we can't really devote our time to everything.
