Do not work here if you are looking for a long term job with benefits.

Other places pay more, and they are more responsive to an evolving field of paramedics. They are unaware of paramedics capabilities. Do not care to progress with inflation. Communication is non existent. They are a contract company that does not adapt well with the contracting company hours of work or holidays, which leaves their employees unpaid often and missing hours. Only 6 days of holiday pay (again if they don't coincide with the contract you are left being used your own leave). 3 sick days a year. Only a week of vacation a year
