      Good teams and knowledgeable Work can be good based on customer requirements Well informed management

      Cons

      Increments year on year is reducing , there are too many people who are getting hired probably that's the reason. Company financials are over the roof, profits are insane but while spending they are very very conservative

      Good parking lot, nice people, free tap water.

      Cons

      CEO likes for work on weekends, so as a result all leadership works weekends. CEO and CFO seem to be obsessed with ES&G and as a result odd decisions are made with respect to hiring and retention.
