Pros

It’s a little pay check and thats it.

Cons

Location is worst in company as far as profit and sales. Class A drivers , you will be in a box truck 50% of the time with touch freight trust and when you don’t have the hours forced to work the warehouse or go home, depending on the profits for week/day Operations is ran by a little person with no experience. High turnover. Will promise the world , but you will receive 35- 40 hrs, safety watching, and dual cameras inside a the worst running fleet you can imagine .

Pros

Good work life balance. There will be some long days but that goes for any job.

Cons

In my opinion new management wasn’t good and I lacked support from them. I felt as if they just didn’t know how to approach me about any problems they might’ve had but instead gave me the silent treatment and presented the feeling that they didn’t like me or didn’t want me there. It made it very awkward and all interactions felt fake. When I was first hired, I felt the compensation was fair. The company offers yearly raises, but during my 2+ years there, I did not receive any raises or bonuses, which I was told was due to budget constraints. After leaving, I noticed the same position was listed with my former salary as the minimum, with the maximum listed up to $30k higher. Seeing this was frustrating and disappointing, especially given the lack of raises during my time there.
