Flexible work life but low pay and limited growth - Marketing Account Lead Carahsoft Employee Review

Great work life balance except for busy season which is expected in the industry. If you get onto a good team and do you job effectively (aka performing well) you have a lot of flexibility and trust within management and get to choose and be part of different campaigns that are being run

Salary is a bit low especially first year but if you perform you can get huge raises. No commission which is tough when you see how much pipeline you are generating for your vendor

Working from the comfort of my home is great.
