(Even if it’s less than a minute long) a store can have 20 employees, and somehow you’ll always be short staffed. they give you hours in the beginning, and then take them away and give them to the new new hires. like a never ending circle. being store manager pays not much more than being a BA either. And comes with much more responsibility.
