MANAGEMENT AND HR. they all go against you. stuff you report anonymously IS NOT ANONYMOUS.
they do not close in inclement weather. you get scolded for asking to leave.
instead of firing so we can collect benefits, they will purposefully schedule you outside available hours, for 3 hours every other week.
you CANNOT take phone calls. even though the managers on theirs 25/8. No matter the importance, you will be scolded and told to clock out if you want to take a call. (Even if it’s less than a minute long)
a store can have 20 employees, and somehow you’ll always be short staffed.
they give you hours in the beginning, and then take them away and give them to the new new hires. like a never ending circle. being store manager pays not much more than being a BA either. And comes with much more responsibility.
