Pros
-If you are fortunate enough to get offered a full time the benefits are pretty good. -Great food, friendly atmosphere. -Very customer service oriented.
Cons
-Can schedule you 40 hours even if you're part-time and not offer you benefits unless you meet a certain quota of hours after a year. -Write employees up for calling in sick, even if you have a fever and provide the proper 2 hour notice. -Do not pay time and a half on holidays if you are part-time. -Though they make the schedule on Tuesday the week before, you do not see it until Friday, giving you not even three days notice before the next pay period begins. -If you're part-time expect to be treated more like a work horse than an individual with a personal life and needs.
