Health insurance premium paid by agency. Flexible schedule (if your position allows). 13 paid holidays annually, including the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.
Cons
Merit days given in lieu of monetary raises with the reason cited as no money in the budget; however, new (unnecessary) positions are created frequently. Employees in the same position are given different job expectations with some being praised simply because of their work station. Due to low pay, many employees are eligible for services provided for low-income individuals and families.
