      CMCA has great benefits and works with their staff to promote flexibility and overall self-care! I have worked for CMCA for 27 years because I love the work I am allowed to do and receive the support that I need to do it well! CMCA's mission is to empower members of the community as well as staff.

      Cons

      The only downside to working at CMCA is that you will never want to leave :)

      The team at CMCA is great to work with and they are committed to the mission of fighting poverty within our communities. The benefits and flexibility is awesome, as well!

      Cons

      Staff work hard to support families in our community, so it is tiring sometimes, but it is so rewarding.
