Pros

Company is only focussed on client Billability and it is truly a CLIENT centric company. Not for professionals who are looking for a stable career or new learnings.

Cons

Silent layoffs , management listens to concerns but does nothing. Top level employees are the only ones with secure positions. This is one company i regret working with.

Pros

I've been in consulting long enough to know the difference between a company that talks about culture and one that actually lives it. Centric is the latter. I've seen reviews saying Centric is more focused on clients than on employees. Here's my honest take: it's a business. Clients matter; that's not a flaw, that's how consulting works. But what I've found at Centric is that caring about clients and caring about your people aren't in conflict here. They go together. What keeps me here is pretty simple. I can show up as myself. Not a polished, corporate version of myself — actually myself. That might sound like a small thing, but if you've worked somewhere that didn't feel that way, you know it's not small at all. The culture is genuine. Leadership is accessible and real. Work-life balance isn't just a talking point; there's a real expectation that you have a life outside of work, and that's respected. I'm proud of what we're building. I'm proud of the team I get to lead. And I'm genuinely happy to be here. Not because every day is perfect, but because this is a place where I can do meaningful work and still be me. If you're evaluating Centric, come in with clear eyes. It's consulting — it's not always easy. But if you want a place where the culture is real, the people are great, and you don't have to leave yourself at the door, it's worth a serious look.

Cons

Like any company, there are areas where growth is still happening. Account management can sometimes lean on older, relationship-first models in which success is measured by tenure and familiarity rather than outcomes and innovation. In a market moving as fast as ours, that approach can feel slow. Clients expect more than a trusted face. They want partners who bring new ideas to the table, not just execute the same playbook. The good news is that the appetite for change is real. But if you're someone who wants to lead with innovation and push the boundaries of how work gets delivered, be prepared to advocate for it. The shift from traditional account management toward a more forward-thinking, AI-enabled delivery model is happening, and there's genuine momentum. It just doesn't always keep up with the technology.

Pros

There are some very talented people who work at Centric. The pay is good and the benefits are good.

Cons

First off, the 5 star reviews are because they did an internal campaign and incentivized employees to complete the reviews. They bring in the big guns to sell services, then send whoever is available and not on a project to work for that project. All of the best people are cherry picked for the projects by someone who likes them and wants to work for them. Then as a Manager, we are left with people who aren't always 100% capable of the job. I witnessed a new project kickoff and the client kick the team out by day 3 because the people weren't as described. It's a good ol boys company and if you are tight with the drinking buddies who run the company, you are set for life.
